The goal of the CAPE Foundation, Inc. is to assist child abuse victims in receiving appropriate, therapeutic counseling at no cost. Whether that means paying a counselor to provide services when a family lacks the means to pay for counseling for their child, or arranging transportation at no cost to the child’s family to travel for counseling – CAPE wants to help.

        The Criminal Justice system encounters numerous children who have been physically and sexually abused, many of whose families lack the resources to obtain much needed counseling for the abused survivor. The CAPE Foundation wants to bridge the gap between these children and the counseling they desperately need.
